How to Prepare
1.) Do you need hair and makeup services? This is a great option to have someone on sight to manage men's and women’s hair, especially flyaways and shine. Just ask for this to be an add-on. Otherwise, I come with shine powder, brush, and mirror
2.) Once you have decided on your style, where do you want to shoot? If there are several people in your company that need to be photographed it is standard practice for my team and me to come and set up backdrop and lighting in a conference and schedule people accordingly. If you just need a solo shot or just a handful, we can set up a scheduling system to go you into my midtown studio.
3.) Insurance. If we are shooting in your corporate office, my team and I will need to come through your freight elevator with equipment and we will need to provide a COI. Acquiring a sample COI from your building will be needed.
4.) What to wear? It all depends on your corporate identity. Suit and tie are standard for men and often option of no tie. Women I suggest solid colors with covered arms. Big patterns and bright colors are often frowned upon.
